Anthony “Tony” Donadio of Donadio & Associates, one of ten star dancers in this season’s 6th Annual Dancing with Vero’s Stars, benefiting the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition and Riverside Theatre, recently participated in the Ground Breaking of the Community Poolside Pavilion at Leisure Square.
Donadio helped spearhead the organization of a committee that is working towards fundraising and building the structure at the city’s sports and exercise complex on 16th Street in Vero Beach. Along with Donadio, local builders are donating their time and expertise to the project and include Brad Schuh (Summitt Construction), Sam Jelmby (Helmet House), Tony Della Porta (Della Porta Construction), Robert Paugh (Bill Bryant & Associates), Chris Long (Roof Authority) and Robin Pelensky (Surlaterre Landscape Architecture). Fundraising for the project is underway and the structure is planned to be ready in late fall.
