One of the ten star dancers for the 10th Anniversary of Dancing with Vero’s Stars is Tammy Bursick and she is one busy woman these days.  She is learning her dance routine and selling tickets for her supporters to come to the May 12th event at Riverside Theatre.  She is doing her day job as City Clerk and co-chairing the City’s Centennial event for 2019. As former President and Regional Director for the Treasure Coast Pilot Club, Tammy  helped plan the organization’s 58th Annual  Pancake Day, held late January at the Vero Beach Community Center.

Proceeds from the Pancake Breakfast benefits The Treasure Coast Pilot Clubs long range plan – Project Lifesaver, an electronic bracelet monitoring system for Alzheimer patients, children and others with orientation problems.  The Treasure Coast Pilot Club was chartered in 1979 and is a community service club for business and professional people.  As a professional service organization, the Treasure Coast Pilot Club provides community service and financial assistance to many worthwhile charitable organizations throughout the year locally in an effort to make a difference in Indian River County.
