Kimberly Nardone moved from Nantucket, Massachusetts to Vero Beach, Florida six years ago. Kimberly is a Master Level Therapist providing counseling services to individuals, couples and families at Whole Family Health Center in Vero Beach. For the past 25 years Kimberly has also worked in various settings as a counselor, family advocate, court mediator and crisis responder in collaborating with school systems, law enforcement, hospitals and community health agencies. Kimberly was diagnosed with breast cancer in February of 2019. The past year of treatment entailed numerous surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation. Kimberly has stayed extremely positive and outgoing throughout the journey to recovery with the support of her family, friends, health care team, colleagues, mentors and the community.
Using her experience in the mental health field to help cope, Kimberly has decided to take the initiative to turn this experience into something positive. Kim would like to give others who are fighting, and surviving any other physical or emotional battle, the hope to continue to fight, seek support, stay positive, feel empowered and despite the inevitable storms, learn to dance in the rain. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, the arts, giving back to the community and spending time with her children, friends and family.
